I need a little help with buying a computer case. I was wondering that if it writes: nWin EA001 ATX TOWER BLACK 400W,. Does that mean it comes with 400W PSU?

I think it means that it doesn't come with a power supply but you can put in it up to 400W.

Chassis are not limited to the wattage of a power supply - the form factor of a chassis determines the physical size of a power supply it can fit, but there is no way for a case to limit the power wattage.

If you are planning on buying a good graphics card, get a better power supply, preferably around 500 to 550 W
