Any MMO. No really, women love MMOs. WoW and Guild Wars are very good. Forsaken Worlds or Spiral Knights if you want something free.
Dungeon Defenders is a good choice because it's simple as well.
TF2 has hats and it's free.
Sims 3 and Sims Medieval is a very good choice as well.
Magicka is addictive too.

Anyway, I'm sure there has to be a Kitchen Simulator game...
Pretty soon there will be a topic in OT about "why can't I get a gf?"
I'll be sure to refer them to this post. :)
the obvious: The Sims
but I think your sister would get a kick out of Amnesia: The Dark Decent, really highlights to day-to-day life of celebrities and how they face troubles throughout their careers.
Well it's hard to say.
At first my GF wanted to play "girly" games like The Sims/SPORE/Viva Pinata ect.
What a shock was it for me, when I learned she finished Fable 3,Fallout 3, gained multiple prestiges in Black Ops and totally loves Deus Ex.
Oh, and DON'T EVEN SHOW her TES: Skyrim...

lol I knew that was coming :PTomb Raider Legend, perhaps? It's a game almost anyone could dig, it's fun, not too hard, and looks good.
Stay away from that crappy Ubisoft shovelware that is aimed at girls. Actually, lots of women love Splinter Cell. I guess Sam Fisher makes them all...wel we wont go there. I have heard them say that he has a sexy voice.

He's fantastic. I had seen Memento a while ago, and hadn't looked into who was involved, then I was all stoked on Nolan because of Batman Begins and the Dark Knight. Then I watched memento again more recently, and noticed it was him, I was like, "he's a f***ing genius!"

Little off topic, but you might also like "The Machinist" with Christian Bale. It's one of those cool movies that most people haven't heared about.

That movie is fantastic, Bale lost so much weight for that role it was nuts!!!
