I want it to be 5.1 and have optical input so as to connect it with my X360 and my new PS3.

100-150$ is the price tag. I am thinking about :

I own the american version of those, Tritton AX360s. I have no complaints other than the in line volume is kind of goofy - there is no master volume, just one for each set of speakers.
