canon (yes the printer company) be keyboard hatin'.. they seriously need to be to make this mouse:

sporting a calculator and your keypad (num-locl included) off your keyboard and onto your mouse! essentially this mouse is a 3 -in -1 its design is clearly borrowed from the microsoft arc mouse which imo is total fail.

this might be a way to re-think the mouse. but i jsut think they cant sand their keyboards enough.

it will come in white and black as well as wired and wireless (bluetooth)

looks nice, but I don't think it would serve any purpose for most gamers :P

Also may be a bit pricy

My palm would squash that whole numpad! Not good! At least Razer was smart enough to put the Naga's buttons on the side, and another mouse manufacturer who made one with an integrated numpad at least has a transparent cover over it so as to prevent accidental input!

It's an ugly mouse with a calculator on it. In addition to that, it looks unbearable to hold because of the boxy shape. Also, how is this going to replace a keyboard in any way? It's not like I use the calculator on my PC very often (if ever).

The Arc is an example of looks over functionality. It's the worst, least comfortable mouse I've ever used in my life.

Just based on what I'm seeing in the article, Canon should stick to printers.

Lol, so true. That mouse looks extremely difficult and uncomfortable to use.

seen that, great idea for people at work who use a calculator while on the PC at work, it does wind me up having to grab one out my draw everynow and again. might be good for eve as well i often use a calculator to check stuff while im browsing the market. apart from that though i dont see a great need for it when there are better options.
