cant boot with safe mode?

umm, why not? lol. the most it does is ask what i want to boot with..hard drive, disk drive or floppy.

Well you give us no info we need more info like why are you trying to boot into safemode.

But it sounds like your pressing the wrong button your accesing the boot menu.

Restart the computer and keep tapping F8 until the Dos boot menu appears. Then pick "Safe Mode".

obviously you got unlucky and your motherboards loads the boot menu when you press F8. Press enter after you select your hard drive then IMMEDIATELY start Pressing F8 and THEN it will you you to boot into safe mode.

It just seems to me to be a kinda ridiculous question i mean most bios during post say what buttons do what. I must expect to much from people.
