can't decide between these two speakers

i have to buy among the following two speakers and i need help

altec lansing fx-6021

logitech z-2300

the altec is double in price and i want to know whether there is a big difference between the two that justifies the price difference

i have a msi p35neo board and sorry for not providing links because i have firefox and it would'nt let me

no way I would pay 300 bucks for the altecs, nor would I pay 300 for a 2.1 system

The logitechs are significantly cheaper, and here they are less than newegg
