my friend gave me an ati pci-express video card, it had no driver disk, and no type of identification on the card itself, i was wondering if there was a program to find what driver i might need, or a universal driver?

windows should already have basic drivers for all video cards...all u have to do is install it, let windows put on its drivers...and then goto your device manager and see what kind of card it is (the name of the card) and goto www.ati.com and get the drivers from there....there set-up at the site is pretty much self-explanatory.....

and yes i do recommend getting the latest drivers from ATI....even though windows has drivers for it....well lets just say...they suck lol :)

http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html

Just pick the right OS, and whatever card, It's an ATI card, 7.10 should work.

ATI's or the card manufacturer's website should have the driver.
