Downloaded the game off of Steam and it opened up in windowed mode.  After going in and changing the resolution to match my monitor (1080p), and after hitting Alt + Enter, I still can't fill the whole screen.  I've made sure and double clicked the game window to make sure it fills the screen before hitting Alt + Enter and still haven't had any luck.  -fullscreen within the game properties in Steam also isn't working.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

(Win+R) or click Start > Run and copy/paste the command below & hit enter

wordpad "%userprofile%\Documents\My Games\FormulaOne2013\hardwaresettings\hardware_settings_config.xml"

On line 8 change fullscreen="false" to fullscreen="true" and save the file & re-run the game

Thanks TimD. I'll give this a shot when I get home today and let you know how it went.

@joseph_mach: There is a program somewhere that allows you to run all your games in borderless window mode.
