Hello, when i try to play Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition i am having a problem, a window pops up telling me: Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition- Application Error The instruction at 0x006dc30d referenced memory at 0x0000000. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program. This is what i did : i inserted the Devil May Cry 3 disk, made a full install. Then i downloaded the patch from gamespot to make it compatible with vista. After that i changed the combaility mode to windows xp. Finally i clicked on the game and still, that window pops up. I am trying to play this game on an intel iMac with bootcamp. The system specs are: 2 gb of RAM 128 mbs of video ram (intel n950) or something like that. What is wrong?
Probably not...that graphics adapter (don't even think it can be called a card, lol) just doesn't have the power...or even support the necessary rendering mediums to properly display that game.
You can try right clicking on the .exe and under the compatibility tab and changing it to Xp mode...might work.
what is strange about this is that i can play resident evil 4 but not this game And i have an old windows xp computer that can run DCM3 but with no sound i don't know why
