It is now confirmed that Lords of Shadow will be released on Auguest 27 and will run at 60fps with 1080p resolution HD graphics including the two dlc for the game. No specs have been released but a least its not going to be a bad port so reast easy.

Here. Post a link next time. People might not take you seriously in many cases if you don't have anything to back you up.

...This looks absolutely amazing. I'm gonna get it day 1 for sure to scratch that third person game itch until I can get Dark Souls 2.
Looks interesting, and they are including the expansions and some bonus content as well. I might pick this up if it is a reasonable price. My 360 wired controller has been collecting a lot of dust lately, this would give me a reason to bring it out again.SerOlmy

Yes they are adding new content in the game not on console

CTRL+C and CTRL+V are your new friends, they'll treat you well here.played most of it on the 360 and its an alright game nothing too groundbreaking though. The game is beautiful though i remember really enjoying the graphics in fact they were too much for the 360 as the frame rate is pretty bad in that game so on pc it should look awesome.
[QUOTE="Lulekani"]I need a quick answer. What's the upgrade system like in Castlevania: LoS ? Is it more combos and abilities like Devil May Cry or Stats and Attributes Like in RPG's ?More like Devil May Cry. Can you a percentage on that ? Like 60% like DmC or 80% like DmC ?Or is it a combination of the 2 like in DarkSiders II ?

More like God of War if anything. As you progress, you unlock different combos and you also earn upgrades for your attacks. There's a light and dark magic system that modify your abilities. Some 2D platforming, i.e. climbing side of a cliff, etc.Or is it a combination of the 2 like in DarkSiders II ?

It's not a homage to Symphony of the Night, nor is it a love letter to Castlevania fans. It's geared towards God of War fans and the like.

Well I may need to check out some Vidz but going off all the info I've gathered its seems like its got alot in common with the 1st DarkSiders (minus the open world).Excellent, looks like Lords of Shadow survived my gauntlet inspection. I'l have it by July (console version).
If this game could be bought for $30 or less and with graphical enhancement, I would more then likely get it. Not too sure why it takes three years for put out a game on the PC.Jd1680aits a small studio and they're working on the sequal aswell so I think its best not to press them for quick results.

Its not uncommon, since Lords Of Shadow isn't an RPG, quite a few people insist it doesn't linger for too long. I've hear simular complaint from Arkham City.[QUOTE="JangoWuzHere"]

Can't say I'm surprised. Complaints these days in gaming go either way haha. Some games shouldn't be that long, so I gotta agree with Jango on this one. It was too long for it's own good and it dragged on. Some games shouldn't do that. This is a reason why I like some games to be 8-10 hours, because then it becomes a snoozefest. If it's a western-RPG like The Witcher or Dragon Age Origins, I don't mind if it goes on for 50 hours haha. Please Log In to post.
