My CD drive isn't showing, when i put a blank cd in there nothing pops up like it did 2 weeks ago, and when i put the cd for my g110 keyboard nothing comes up either. I can't find it under my computer either. When i do insert a Cd theres a little button that flashes green for a second. Any help?

And under windows media player it says " Connect a burner, then restart player" and i did try restarting my computer.

I would open up the case and make sure that the SATA or IDE cable connecting the CD/DVD drive to the motherboard is securely attached on both ends. If it is, and the drive still doesn't show up, try switching the SATA port that the drive is attached to (if it's a SATA drive). I had something similar happen a week or 2 ago. It was just a loose connection.
