change from using vga to dvi

hi i want to change from using vga to using dvi. i have both cables is it possible to change? i have a nvidia 9500gt

Do you mean going from VGA to DVI ? If so you cannot do it. However if you mean DVI to VGA, then yes they make DVI to VGA dongles.

It appears the 9500GT has two DVI ports, so all you need is a monitor that accepts DVI input (assuming you have the cables, too).

if you monitor and card has a dvi port just swap the cable

Just swtich out the cable and boot up the PC.

Is DVI better? cause i have a aoc 22" that has one nd my gtx260 has one too... should i use it?
