Cheap gaming laptop?

Is it possible to get a decent gaming laptop for under $1000 canadian, and when i say decent i mean a video card that can run games at about medium-high settings, and a dual core processor, I'de prefer a 16 inch screen, but if you own a 15 inch laptop tell me what you think, thanks

There is no something like cheap gaming laptop. The cheapest of them starts from 1500 $.
