Hey, I'm looking to buy a new GPU next month and was wondering what the cheapest possible card to max The Witcher 2 would be?
Thanks for any help. (Mabey max without ubersampling though)

I don't think there is a single cheap card that will run The Witcher 2 at max settings. You'll probably need SLI. A few 580s would do good. Have a read here to get some more info:

[QUOTE="Kjranu"]I can near max Witcher 2 with my evga 570. I probably could max it out if I had a 590 or a 680. Obiwan_1O
yeah i think a 670 or 680 could cuz I can with my single 7970 OCed to CCC max settings
With uber sampling? Edit: yep you just might be right about the 680gtx. There's a vid on YouTube.I was running it max, without ubersampling, with a 6870. It's the factory o/c one, HIS IceQ, which will run about 160-180, depending on where you buy it. I now have 2 in Crossfire, but for some odd reason the game seems to run better with one?? Not quite sure why?

well like i said depending on resolution that would be either 6850 up to 1680x1050 or 6870/gtx560 for 1080pI meant max without Ubersampling with around 30+fps.

yup 6870/560 is about the right spot from what I've heard(without uber sampling). Personally I don't like motion blur either so it really makes things easier.

I have a 560Ti and I can max it at 1080p without ubersampling and get 40-60 fps.
