Well, if you own the original 2 then you can buy it from GoG for $47. Money goes directly to them, DRM-free, and comes with fun digital goodies as a preorder.
You can probably find it cheaper somewhere sketchy, but then it might not go directly to support the devs.
they dont, and you just supported EXTREMELY shady business practices.
G2A is about the shadiest place on the net to get keys. they all come from promo codes, bundle codes and using currency exchange to secure cheaper games....it is a horrible site.
What is G2A?
an extremely shit place to buy keys, considering how they acquire most of their keys.
if you want money to go to developers, dont buy keys from G2A. the place is a cess pool.

Whatever you do don't listen to this troll. He has some bizarre hatred for g2a. He is probably a marketer or dev. I haven't seen anyone except for him bash g2a. Nearly everyone else here uses g2a and it's a common recommendation around here. He says in the other thread no one knows how people on g2a get their keys and here he says "considering how they acquire their keys" like he knows where they come from. Mog, if you want to be dumb and pay double the price for games then go for it but don't get around spreading misinformation. Not sure why anyone would want to pay more money for games when they're already expensive.
Anyways g2a is a market place where thousands of different people sell keys. g2a is a lot cheaper than other places because they use VPN's to acquire keys. I always buy all my games from g2a and I've never had a single problem. Excellent site.

Indeed! GMG is a better place IMO.

Greenman Gaming does literally the same thing as g2a except they use "coupon codes" to make it seem less sketchy. And they charge more money...$44 vs $36 for Witcher 3.
You think that 27% off is out of the kindness of their heart? Nope, they're doing the same VPN exploit as g2a sellers and then they have the nerve to charge way more than what they paid to rip off people like yourself. Greenman Gaming is nothing more than a more expensive version of g2a. Both places are "shady" so you might as well go with the cheaper place unless love wasting money like Mog.

untrue on the vast majority of their games outside of the witcher 3. they are an authorized reseller for almost all of the games on their site, which means they get their codes straight from the developer/publisher. unfortunately they were not able to work out a deal with CDPR for witcher 3, so they contacted another authorized reseller and acquired the keys from them
THIS IS NOT THE SAME THING AS WHAT G2A DOES. go away saintsatan. nobody believes your bullshit about G2A. all it takes is one google search to show the place is shady.

You can be an "official reseller" and still use VPN/territory exploits. How do you think Greenman Gaming can offer prices lower than the developers of the game on GOG. GMG can somehow sell cheaper than the developers themselves. How do you explain this? You can't because you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. GMG said they bought the keys from other resellers. I wouldn't doubt that they bought a ton of keys from g2a and marked them up to $43 for a profit. Notice how GMG don't mention their the names of their "approved resellers". Probably because they're ashamed to admit they used VPN and cut profits from CD Project Red.
To do this, we reached out to third parties and retailers that were approved by CDPR, to legitimately pass these keys onto our customers.
@saintsatan: It doesn't matter that much to me. I BARELY EVER buy games outside of Steam and Origin. I usually buy one or two games a year off of GMG. But to be honest.. I'd rather pay few extra bucks but have a legit copy without any BS.

Games on g2a are legit and never have any BS because every single game on g2a is 100% guaranteed. You never have to worry in the first place anyways. Most of the sellers have 10,000+ transactions with not even a single down vote. Buy from people like that and you'll always be fine.

you have you PAY to have the key guaranteed.... YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA... TO MAKE SURE YOU DONT GET SCAMMED....
that right there should tell everyone that the site is shady as ****.

You're such a bad troll lol. It doesn't cost extra, it's included in all of the shown prices. You can turn it off to save more money. I've never once used it and I've bought over 100 things from g2a and never had a single problem. If you do like I said and buy from people with 10,000+ sales you'll never have a single problem. G2A has nearly a perfect score on Trust Pilot, the amount of scams is insanely low. I also like how you couldn't come up with an answer to my other post about how GMG can sell at a lower price than than CD Key Project Red can.
g2a has a higher trust rating than Greenman Gaming lol
5 stars - 83% (g2a) vs 77% (GMG)
How many times do I have to prove you wrong? I'll just keep referring you to this image...
@saintsatan: The reason I don't buy from G2A is because... I remember, a very good friend of mine told me that he got skimped on his game key... a WHILE back. So I just stay away from them.
@insane_metalist: It was his own fault as it's impossible to "get skimped" on g2a. If he tried buying a key from a seller with no sales which is probably what he did then he is dumb in the first place. If he did do that and didn't get the key you can just cancel the transaction and get money back. There is literally no way to get scammed from using g2a unless you're brain dead and don't know how to cancel a transaction.
Let's end the argue here, if a "shady" place is offering your half the price, wouldn't you go for it?
I've payed them 40$ for Diablo 3 instead of paying Blizzard 60 Euroes, the reason I took the chance it's because companies got the nerves to think that $ are equal to Euroes.
It also came half priced, if you'll do the math, got legit CD key, and I'm playing Diablo 3 till this day without my account getting banned or anything alike.

yeah, uh huh sure you dont have to pay extra to ensure you dont get scammed.... right... that is why IT SAYS RIGHT HERE THAT IT IS EXTRA:
if you deactivate that, it even tells you "we cant guarantee the quality" ie we cant guarantee that you wont get ripped off or get a key that is just going to be deactivated. even if you DO purchase it, it isnt saying that you wont get a key like that.... all it says is that if you do, they will just give you another key. so basically, they can just keep feeding you shady keys until you get one that doesnt have an issue.
G2A = shady. end of story. if they sold authorized, legit keys that were purchased through legit channels.... there would be absolutely no need to even offer this extra "protection"
@goodkingmog: It doesn't cost extra if its included in their prices. You can save money by deactivating it. If it were not included in the price then it would cost extra. VPN keys are not "shady". We know where they come from and how they're acquired. You act like they're funded by terrorism and drugs. You remind me of those weird paranoid 9/11 conspiracy theorists that wear tin foil hats and think everyone is out to get them. You probably didn't even know what VPN was until the other guy and I told you. You're too ashamed to admit you're wrong and that the keys are all VPN. It's okay, I'd be ashamed if I were you too.

He's actually sorta a genius with computers and he's on his 3rd year in college (he's tryna become an IT). So I highly doubt that he would buy from a seller with no sales. He tried everything to get his money back but they just wouldn't give it to him. It's just kinda sketchy to me...
EDIT: So I talked to my friend and he said, the story with that was... he bought Titanfall from G2A and then the key got revoked, they wouldn't give him his money back.

it ISNT included in the price... HENCE the fact that it is a option..... they just automatically add it to get their extra money for people who arent paying attention.... YET ANOTHER SHADY PRACTICE.
the site is a cess pool. like i said, one google search makes it easy to see what G2A really is.

oh and BTW... you are a your attempt at deception is hilarious... GMG has the same score on "trustpilot" as G2A
and while G2A has more 5 star reviews.... it also has more 1 star reviews. the only thing that matters on that site is the base score
try to spin it however you want. it doesnt change the fact that G2A is a cess pool of poor business practices.

@goodkingmog: G2A has more 5 star ratings than GMG like I said. 82% vs 77%.
And lol you're posting links to articles that say it was a mistake by the developer and not G2A's fault. Nice!
@xantufrog: There's really nothing sketchy about VPN keys.
G2A is the cheapest place to buy them but there is always a chance the key will be revoked. The keys are usually from areas in europe where the games are sold cheaper. Sometimes though it been known that keys are stolen wholesale and resold there.
So dont go there if you care about losing your game (I've bought a few there and know it's always a gamble).
Also dont buy from there if you care about the developers getting money because zero cents from the "extra" profit goes to the developers.
The "best" place to buy from is GOG.com because CDProjekt own that site, so the largest percentage will go directly to them.
For what it's worth, we get hit by incessant G2A spammers, and they refuse to desist. My personal opinion (not representing GS here) is they are sketchy. I would much rather pay CDPR as directly as possible via GoG for TW3
Fair enough. I never used the site but this is all interesting.
