Clear sky worth buying???

So,is STALKER Clear sky worth buying???

Yes. It does have it's frustrations but overalls it's extremely eery, atmospheric and absorbing. I'd say it does a much better job than Fallout 3 of actually being somewhat 'scary'.

If you have very powerful PC - 'SOKAY. But if you just cover the recommended requirements - don't waste your time. My PC should be powerful enough, but when I tried it, it was lagging even on low graphics. I was flaming from anger. And so, I didn't ever launched it again.

my answer is NO , never was fan of stalker games because of crappy polishment and atmosphere but ive played them to atleast 50% of game and i couldnt force myself to finish any of stalker series ...

well stalker CoP was not bad but still its not worth the money IMO ^^ save your money for upcoming games ( L4D2 , Borderlands , MW2 etc.)

Stalker SOC is better,but CS it´s also a good game although not as good as the first. If you played SOC(and liked it) you will enjoy it too.

Yes, the Stalker games are some of the best ever atmospheric shooters on PC.

LOL stalker series and l4d2 are "Recycled" with new weapons added. HL2 episodes are recycled without even adding new weapons...:lol:

I guess it aint cool when your logic is used against you. Also its time to learn that those simple games as you call it have tons of adult fans, thats because 80% of the gaming crowd is casual and not hardcore gamers that play for years and demand complicated games.(like the users of this forum)

Finnally modding is dying years now, i dont pay for half finished garbage made by developers that cant fix and polish their games before release date. Seriously community fixes and user made stuff to fix the problems that the developers couldnt fix in their own game :shock: Hows that quality?

- new faction

- faction wars

- upgrade system for guns and armor.

- new weapons

- new armor

- guides, which is a HUGE improvement

- New areas to go to, like Limansk

- Graphic upgrade, arguably the 2nd best looking game this gen.

basically changes that changed the entire gameplay and look of the game not to mention it made the replay value much higher that linear shooters. that is a lot of added content I am not sure how you think the stalker series is recycled...

this lowbudget "crap" as you state, kicks almost every other game's ass this gen.
