CoD 4 Keyboard Issues

I bought Call of Duty 4 off steam and I try to play it, but if I move once, I keep going left and everywhere I look, I keep going left, and once I press the left key, then the player stops. Anyone know what to do?

Weird... Try verifying the game if changing the keys in the control settings doesn't solve.

Do you have a gamepad plugged in?

If so unplug it, then plug it back in.
