CoD4 GOTY Edition: Still worth it?

I've recently made the jump to PC gaming and was wondering if CoD4 (Not MW2) is still worth it on PC considering I already have MW1 on 360. GoGamer.com is having a sale on the GoTY Edition of the game for $25 and I've been really interested in the Galatic Warfare mod.
