CoD4 hates me..

First of everytime i start up the game, it never saves my controls. Gets aggrivating re- configuring them everytime.

Second Punkbuster always kicks me. I got to install new updates on pbsetup and everytime it says everythings up to date. Yea right..

Thirdly, I decide to unistall the game. So i pop in the disk and select uninstall in the menu. After that finished, i rebooted my computer and put the disk in to re install it. Too bad i still get the uninstall option and no install option. Now i cant play the game. Jesus whats going on?

I have COD4 on my mac and it works perfectly. I never actually had to change the control scheme because I found that the original one worked like a charm. I got bored of it now. I can't believe that there are still people who play the original modern warfare even after the new one has been released.

well technically this doesnt only apply to shooters. It can happen to any game. Why post if its not about my problem? Sorry but just wondering

Well i had the game for about a month or two. PLus its a PC game and they dont return those so i think i might be screwed

yes i know. my copy of cod 4 crashes in multi-player. very annoying.
