depends wich type of action you like. i love Unreal's comic-like fast action and massive, epic weapons and vehicles. and the gore :Don the other hand, COD4 is very good too, but if you ask me, it would be UT3.
Why not get both? Get one now then wait another month or so and get the other one. You could even wait long enough for the price to start dropping.
