cod4 single player maps wont run

hello can some one help please i have call of duty 4 for pc

is there anyway to install all the maps and files from on the cd to my pc hard drive and run the game from on there,

because every time i try to get the game to run pass the second map i get the following message, i have downloaded all the updates i need i think including the 1.5 patch. but still no help

i hope that someone can help me please...

Maybe you should try to update the drivers for the card. But really you probably should buy a better card than that for the future sorry. That particular level could be more demanding on the hardware than the previous. It even says on the box Radeon 9800 or better. It would be good if you bought an Geforce 8800 GT (512mb). wtf are u talking about he said multiplayer is working but not sp so how can u blame the vga card. the error message says something about ai and that is missing in mp its why only mp works. maybe installation is corrupted try reinstall the game.

It says stuff about DirectX, texture details and other people have had this message and that how I know its linked to the video card. He shouldn't be playing it if it doesn't meet the minimum requirements anyhow.

Original Poster: Please use the system requirements lab ("Can I run it" - google it) and then do a check for COD4 - tell me how the results turn out.
