coh Blitzkreig mod not working properly

i recently downloaded and installed blitzkreg mod and started it up it worked then when i launched a skirmish game it lags so much it is beyond unplayable and there is no comand bar just a black space i current have all three coh games patched and up to date

please help

I do know that this mod is quite more cpu/gpu intensive. Hope this helps.
