CoH demo runs like crap

Hey, anyone have any idea why I'm getting such terrible performance with this game?  I have a 3700+ @ 2.7 GHz, 2 GB RAM and dual 7800 GT's.  I'm generally using the recommended specs.  Right now the game doesn't even look particularly good, but the performance is abysmal.  The performance test yielded an average of 20 fps.  Does the full game run the same way or is this just a problem with the demo?

Manually go over all settings, keep v-sync turned off, don't go over 4x AA. (Doom 3 enabled 32! (:S) times AA for me)-Karayan-

Try updating drivers sometimes drivers can be the problem.
