Company of Heroes still coming?

So maybe this has come out and i just missed it in the news cycle or maybe the word is mum but, has anyone heard whether or not COH2 is still hitting on february 4th? With THQ dissolving and all I didn't know if the game would be repackaged under its new ownership which would cause a delay of a month or two or if it was still due to hit the street so we can all enjoy the last game that THQ will ever produce.

Amazon still had it shipping as of February 4

It would be probably still be released as long as a company had bought the rights of the game, then it will continue the franchise
