Which TV would you recommend, why is the second so much more...and is it worth it?

The second tv is nice with 50 000:1 contrast ratio and a nice size but the 1st one is a great choice too. I think the 1st one is more worth the money. The 2nd one has a heavy price tag because of its good specifications but really the 1st choice will still look amazing with your ps3/xbox360/blueray with the correct cables.
