Computer Case Location? (Simple Question)

Well my computer parts come in tomorrow and my last question has to do with where im putting it. IF you look at this picture http://images.furniture123.co.uk/F123images/Catalogue/itm/GER001/fol007020.jpg the computer is stored in the right bottom hand section. My shelf is similar except but the problem is that my little square part for the computer is all closed off except for the opening ( Obvisously or else you wouldn't be able to put the computer in there).

Now my question is, will this effect the temperature of my computer? I have a CM690. I might try to put it somewhere else but only as a last resort since i don't have any where i could really put it with convience. So anyways will it affect the temperature?

Yes. It will definiately affect your temperature.

Will it effect it enough that it can cause concern and should be moved? I really doubt that. Might make 1 or 2 degrees of difference to the system temperature, but well wiithin safe levels of heat.
