Recently swapped out my CPU cooler in which I had to take a few things apart. Now my computer thinks I have a radeon 4250 card when I actually have a 6950. I tried the driver installation CD but that didn't work. Any other ideas?

did you delete previous drivers before installing new drivers? Try cleaning all nVidia drivers from your machine. I'd also yank and remount the gpu after everything is wiped. Giver 'er a go!

Im gonna assume the 4250 is integrated and you accidentally plugged the monitor cable to the motherboard instead of GPU.

Just swap it.
