Computer messes up while playing Team Fortress 2

I just got my acer aspire 3620 labtop from my dad and i believe he has had it for about a year now but for my birthday i got a new ram card for the laptop 1GB ram card so i installed tf2 on my computer updated and played well i got in the game ran nice and smooth then i get the blue screen of death so i went on nvidia used the auto scanner to get my video card and and it said my drivers haven't been updated for my video card so i went to www.acer.com then went through everything finally made it into technical support and sent the question in looking for a answer and all they come back to me with is saying sorry but we cant help you because of 3rd party hardware/software blah blah and i dont even know what hardware or software i got installed Can anyone help me with this problem?

Yes but one problem with that is i dont know what to install cause i know nothing about using a labtop or what drivers to install

You'll want to download the driver for your VGA adapter. Basically, your onboard video. This one I believe:

FLAMEINSANE

I downloaded and installed the file and it prompted me to restart my computer so I did loaded steam up and hit launch for tf2 and i join a game and the second i chose my class i got the blue screen of death. Did I do something wrong when i installed it?
