you can OC the speed which is the most important thing in card, but you can't get more ram it's like i have one apple, how can i have 2 apples? Plant the seeds =P
You can't increase them like that, go to a store and buy RAM for VGA. But if I am right, I heard like a year ago, that some cards + one or two applications(don't know the name) may let you share a small ammount, from your PC Memory RAM, to your VGA Card RAM. Some companies do this, for pre-build computers that they sell, with those on-board GFX cards.
