currently, i'm on windows vista. when i log on my computer, my computer suddenly says that windows explorer has a problem and is restarting. the entire computer doesn't restart but just the explorer. i have to go into the windows task manager and manually end the process of explorer. this is very inconvinent. i did a norton antivirus scan which is up to date but it says no viruses are available. help?!??!
