I am a verybig noob (pretty darn big) and i want to find out the complete specs for my computer (like procceser/graphics card etc). I need the complete info because see, my friend traded his comp to me and i am planning on switch parts (or someone else will) and i want to see which is better. So in question, how do i find out the complete specs to my comp.

Another idea is start run(windowsbutton+r) and type 'dxdiag'. There it will show all the specs.
