Restart and see if it still happens, is it old and dusty? could be overheating :? Is this with IE? What happens with Firefox? What happens while gaming? How long ago did you defrag?........

I found what the problem was. It looks like I was running to many programs when I start up and what not so I put off alot of thoughs and now it works on a charm. I defrag and run virus check everyday.

Don't defrag every day, wait a few weeks because you may be doing it too often :?

My advice is backup all you data and reinstall windows. Make sure that every time you install a new program to make it NOT run on startup. To many startup programs turn a good PC into a POS. How much RAM do you have?
