yes you can connect these 2 cable and plug the Six-pin end into the graphics card, btw what brand is your PSU ? you must have at least 22 Amps on the 12V rails otherwise you are endangering your PC !669594

I would definitely buy a new PSU. I'm no expert but I would go with at least a 600w. I'm thinking about what I said and a 550w may be cutting it a little close. Maybe, you can list your entire system spec so we can help you further. It's not just the card we're concerned about.

What brand and model? A lot of cheaper PSU's "exaggerate" their specs.

But if it's a quality unit, that is more than enough.

you live in KSA ! i live in lebanon and it's also hard to find what u want but i did find a Thermaltake Toughpower 600W W103 PSU for 175$ from an internet site that delivers all over lebanon. try searching for sites like this for the middle-east or that ship internationaly that's ur best bet. And for this PSU you found it is low-quality and could damage the PC! Btw i have the same GFX.

I'm in the US, so this has no direct affect on me. However...

I can tell you where to shop in the US, UK, or Canada. If one of you finds a good shop or site for the Middle East (or any other part of the world) please make a point of announcing it in a post or something. For instance there was a poster from Egypt the other week and all anyone could do is shrug and say "keep looking".

We get people on this forum from all over the world but the majority are from the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. I feel bad when, due to lack of knowledge, we can't directly link you the best hardware deals outside of those four countries.
