im hoping to build a new system soon and im stuck between these two cases.

Which case do you think is better?

also, could any of these cases fit an ati hd5870?

UPDATE!

Ive found out that the CM storm scout will not hold a HD5870, so would the CM690 be able to fit it ?

I have the CM690 case its able to hold my GTX470 & GTX260 no problem and they are not small cards. Its a great case just fill every fan slot and its like sitting next to air con nice and chilly.

Well a pc here uses the cm stacker 830 or so...
I can say it is the bestest case i have ever tangled with. It works flawlessly, is huge and aluminium. But its looks... You either like it or You don't.

I have the CM690 and it's a great case. It's also very easy to use if you're building a computer. :)

Yeah CM is really good at making easy to use cases. You hardly use tools for anything.

Exactly and you don't need screws or pins for the case.

Thanks guys, Ive just been looking at the CM HAF 922, it looks like a good case, would u reccomend it ? Are the front panel connectors for the power switch and USB ports in blocks or are they single pin? Dont get confused with the HAF 932 as it is too expensive.

The HAF 922 is a highly recommended case, I've never worked with it personally but I have used several other CM cases and they've all had bundled USB connectors, but I've never worked with a case that had a bundled front power switch/reset switch/Power LED connectors, I don't think any come like that AFAIK. Also from user reviews on Newegg it sounds like it will fit a 5870, so that case will definitely be a good choice if you like its aesthetics (many do, some don't)

I have a CM 690 II and I love it... Get whatever floats your boat tho, read some reviews and find out what features mean the most to you and then decide.

I have to bend one of the plastic clips for cable management to fit my HD 5870, otherwise it fits perfectly. I would go as far as saying that it could fit an HD 5890.

My gtx 260 has a good inch or 2 left of space... definately enough room for anything except some dual cards.
