No you dont need to buy crossfire bridges, each 4850 ships with at least a single Crossfire bridge.

And this PSU Corsair CMPSU 520w $99.99 MIR should be more than enough for that system

For the power supply, I'd probably opt for the Corsair TX650w.

As for the Crossfire connector, you usually get one with the graphics card, so you should not only have one, you should also have an extra. As for the differences, just warranty and bundles at this point. It's too early to see any real aftermarket coolers or serious deviations from the reference card. Sapphire is considered one of the most reliable ATI board partners, but Visiontek is now offering a lifetime warranty, something ATI hasn't seen since the X850 days. I'd probably go with Visiontek myself.

If pink flowers don't bother you, Asus has a 3 year warranty on their video cards and there's a 30$ MIR on newegg.

For a power supply, check out the Corsair 620HX or 650TX (2 x pci-e) or 750TX (4 x pci-e).
