So i've had the game for a while but just recently got a decent PC to run it. I installed the game and all but the problem is i lost my serial key number. Is there anyway i can get another one? I don't wanna get a random one because i want to be able to play multiplayer.

well counter strike 1.6 is just as good if not better then source xD
Every poster here is stupid. CSS is a Steam game, which means that if you remember your steam account name and password, you can just download Steam, log into your account, and download Counter-Strike Source.

Yeah the only valve game I bought retail was half-life 2 episode 1 and I only had to enter the cd key ONCE. Now I can freely download ep one anywhere as long as im signed into my steam account.

yea, just gotta enter the CD key once coz it's in your steam account already, so no worries if you uninstall steam or log on another computer, it'll still be there ready for installing and updating again without asking for a CD key again.
