Counter Strike: Source servers?

So I've just reinstalled source...

Can anyone tell me where I can find servers that don't have any **** admin sounds and crappy mods on them?

I can't find any regular servers anywhere and I can't see an option on the filter that excludes modded servers.

I don't mind a bit of intro music at the beginning of a round you know?  And the detailed map on some of them, that's quite nice.

But when I kill someone and hear 'headshot!' or 'First Blood!' or there's this weird laser that shows you where the killing shot came from.  I'm not playing Unreal god damn it!  If I wanted to play that I would.

So yeh, can anyone help me with some decent regular servers please?  I just want to play counterstrike!

there is a mod i came across that when installed will not allow all those downloadsj3ninja10

You can always type in the console this command:
cl_downloadfilter nosounds

That will block any custom sounds the server is trying to send to you.

The Red/green/white lazers help's you and Admins to identfy Haxsor's so you can see where the shot came from.... the Headshot and firstblood thing just get annoying after about 10 seconds! but you just have to live with iy :(
