Cpu and ai

Does having a bad cpu effect how smart the AI of a game is? like will you see a real diffrence in physics and ai if you use a Intel core 2 Extreme QX9770 Processor instead of a celeron?

Imo I just think all the info on a cpu or gpu or any of that stuff is just a bunch of hype cause I fall for that stuff to many times and then come here and they say that gpu is no good and wont do all that stuff and so I try my best to come here and see what all you think of it before going out and buying it or ordering it.

I seriously dount no I really know that the AI is what it is not matter what pc you have. It all depends on the devolper who made it. Wheather it is good bad or ulgy. Sorry just had to put that in.

Alll a cpu will do is just make the game run better and the gpu and so on will make it look better not make the AI do any better.

Depends on what game and if you cheat or not but overall you could say that you are just better then who ever made the game.

Now is this on all of the games that you play or just some.
