im looking for: GOOD COOLER WITH AS NOT MUCH NOISE.(no jet engine please).

Thermalright IFX-14 CPU Cooler(all CPUs)

or

Scythe Infinity Heatpipe Cooler (all CPUs)

or

Scythe Ninja CU Heatpipe Cooler (all CPUs)

or if you know better ones that do the job?

The IFX-14 is way overkill. Cut back to the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme, or even the Ultima-90 for a great cooler. You get to pick your own fan out with the Thermalright as well, so any noise is going to be the fault of the fan you picked out, not the heatsink.

Me personally, I've had great luck with the Thermalright SI-128 SE cooler, by not a lot of people prefer downdraft coolers to tower-style coolers. I personally like the extra airflow over my northbridge and MOSFETs, but I am running a pretty high bus speed compared to a lot of other people (410MHz, I'll probably push for 425MHz this weekend), and have a side fan directly over my CPU cooler that really helps keep things cool.

I really like TR products and you have various options from 120Extreme or even Ultima90 but that doesnt mean ScytheInfinity is bad cooler. At the end, you wont go wrong with any..

The Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme is silent. It does not come with a fan. How loud the cooler will be depends entirely upon you and what fan you choose.
