I think that my cpu temps are a little high but I wanted to get the opinions of people who know overclocking better than me.

I have a q6600. I have a full tower apevia case with 2 120cm fans blowing in and one 120 fan blowing out plus a 650w muskin psu with two 80cm fans (one taking air in from the case andone blowing it out the back). I have a Zalman reservator v2 watercooling system(this is the large fanless radiator) with 3/8" tubing going to the supplied waterblock and nothing else being cooled by the water supply.

Under the stock 2.4 ghz clock I run OCCT and get up to 58 degrees C. I have two thermocouples. One of the water block gets to 37C and the case temp is 29C.

This seems far too hot for stock. I used the supplied thermal paste to attach the water block. At a 2.8 ghz clock with no overvolting (standard 1.25v) its already hitting 66 degrees C. It idles at 46 degrees C.

So I would appreciate any help. Do this seem right to you guys? Is there anything I could have messed up? It seems like I read about people doing better than this with stock fans.

Thanks in advance for the help
