Cpu Temperature problem

I'm currertly on a 1.3gh intel celeron cpu 512 ram, my problem is my computer being to hot it's usually around 60-65c will that cause damage to my cpu? and what is the normal temperature my computer. thanks in advance

I am not sure what the normal for your computer is, but there is a program you can download for free that will tell you if everything is alright, and sense your temp and increase fan speed if neccesary.

btw my fan seems to running at 5600 rpm constantly should I be worried?

I personally wouldn't be concerned unless things start to seem sluggish. And your processor may also just be nearing the end of it's life. It's probably pretty old.
