I'd like to know as well, anyone heard of any? i knew there was a real old on back like 1998-2001, but i can't remember the name, you did things like beat up other gangs and do B&E's it had a top down view like diablo
GTA San Andreas has gang activity and Mafia has.... mafia activity. There was a game from a few years ago called Gangland (the demo was on a PCG disk) which played like an RTS with mob activity, but it wasn't very good.

oooh, make it an mmorpg, where it's Antichrist priests (what would you call that not much of a "priest") Vs the Pro-christ ones and i'm sold.
I'd pay for that. And the missions are handed out by a pope character who is the first person to subscribe. his slaves (I mean followers) are the next few thousand to sign up. everyone else are vampires and demons and so on.
