Crysis 3 difficulty

Hi. So I just got Crysis 3 and I wonder on which difficulty I should start playing- veteren or super soldier?
I'm a good FPS player and played all of the last Crysis games, but I also want the game to be fun and not too much hard that it's frustrating or something, want to feel powerfull as well.

I play on normal/medium if i am starting a new game, it gives you a balanced amount of difficulty and a steeper learning curve, thus bringing out more satisfaction from the game when you do well.

I usually play games on Normal mode.
