Taken from a teaser trailer for an upcoming showing of the game. looks pretty sweet

There will be a reveal of the game on the 24th (Date not certain) on Spike TV

Confirmed there is side missions again and they split the speed and power functions of the suit.

All signs point to large, open levels. Way to dimisses it without knowing a damn thing about the game.

I think it'll be better than Crysis 2.

so far it already looks and sound better than C2. I have no doubts it will be, story is a bit more "out there" and not taking itself too seriously

Yep its a LONG time after Crysis 2 and you come back to NYC which has been sectioned off by the dome. The vegetation is growing back due to lack of a human presence so it mixes the jungle with the city.

Now, I like that it has gorgeous graphics, which we all come to expect from a Crysis game, I am sure we can all agree on that.

But this go around, I would just like to see more emphasis put on the optimization of it. Yeah, I know it is difficult, but if people ask ridiculous things for games to have (or not have), then I feel this isn't all that much to ask for.

Now, I like that it has gorgeous graphics, which we all come to expect from a Crysis game, I am sure we can all agree on that.

Crysis 2 was a great game, just hope it ships with some decent PC features this time.

Really hope they bring back the big open environments.

joking? BF3 never come close to dethrone crysis2 for the graphic king, and crysis2 can only be replaced by no other than metro LL or crysis3.

It does look pretty, but hopefully it'll actually be fun to play, unlike Crysis 2.

Not even going to bother getting hyped. Every Crysis game I play feels like it has so much wasted potential. Tired of paying for tech demos with a shell of a storyline and increasingly mediocre gameplay.

Crysis 2 with the film grain? That game has the best graphics? Dude, it looked like console **** to me. And my eyes are 18/10 (yes you can get a score higher then 10). Hell that poster with the Hard Reset banner. It reminds me. Even Hard Reset looks way better then Crysis 2. I don't really care about the graphics of Crysis 3. Crytek should start focusing on some interesting gameplay instead of shipping demo's about their engine.Sentinel112

Singleplayer was ok but far from what I was expecting, multiplayer needs a lot more work especially with making the servers more stable. Multiplayer was such a fail they took down the option to buy DLC maps
