Meh...I'm kinda not wanting to play in a virtual shack when I don't even like real ones. It's great the engine can render real world items so well...but lets see screenshots of how the game will REALLY look on most peoples systems...cause unless you buy a system a year after that game is released I find it very hard to see even bleeding edge systems able to handle that at fps over 30...let alone the magic 60.
honest to god, i covered up the 'real-life' and 'crysis', asked my brother which one was real life and which was a video game, he said the one that was crysis was more real looking. wow. theyve made a game that looks more real than real-life.
as in the topic "Crysis and then Real Life" - it's true - Crysis do look almost as real life - when you see Crysis's gameplay trailers you almost can't see the difference coz it's look like an action movie
I don't want to burst your bubble but those are screens to show-off the posibilities of the engine. Those aren't taken from the game. I other words, it won't look as good in-game.

Ehh, it's pretty obvious, just look at the grass and the shadowing, not the mention the much smaller amount of polygons (check the pieces of wood), then there's the draw distance, and the semi transparent gates and the shadows upon them. Also the plates have rather obvious bumpmapping and the overall shadow quality is less than realistic. I don't see how anyone could confuse it with real life.
