I've played some of both demos (well all of crysis) and gotta say the crysis is better. timeshift might be a cool game (or crappy) , but the suit looks like a batman ripoff with the smooth hard metal look.
I have to go to the nano-suit. The super-power concept makes a lot of sense once you look at the muscle nerves on the suit. Also, the realistic concept doesn't sacrifice it's cool look at all, which makes the nano suit the coolest suit since Spartan Armor.

For a game set 13 years in the future, the nanosuit seems as if it is more advanced and looks more advanced than Spartan armor from a game set several hundred years in the future. :?

"Hyped to death?" There's good reason. If you've played the demo you might understand why.
I like the Biohazard suit the most :P & i found the timeshift suit & the nano suit quite equal + a guy controlling time ...can kill a guy with a nano suit ! :P HE just stops time & kicks him in the nuts ::)) !
If you take into account the abilities that each suit gives... I believe that Time Manipulation >>>>>>>> super-strength and super reflexes.
I mean, is it really useful to have lightning quick reflexes or super human strength, when the other guy can just freeze-rewind time and get out of your way????
Aesthetically,the Timeshift suit looks better to me.
It is definitley not Timeshift, because it's just a timesuit. It's got a cool design, but not that cool. The nanosuit is both awesome, and great in combat. I would say the Crysis Nanosuit of course
