Crysis Warhead - Why not Prophet?

I'm sure this has been said before, but I think we can all agree that it would be much more interesting to see Prophet's side of the story as opposed to Psycho's. Granted, Psycho got into some pretty crazy stuff, but I'm a whole lot more interested in seeing what happened to Prophet after he was grabbed.

Have you even played Crysis? This isn't the second game, it's a side story. And as for not doing Psycho's story, from the way Crytek put it, they felt that Psycho was a better character, and would allow for a different style of play. Personally, I believe Prophet will be the main character in Crysis 2 or it will alternate between Nomad and Prophet

Granted, Psycho got into some pretty crazy stuff, but I'm a whole lot more interested in seeing what happened to Prophet after he was grabbed.

Prophet was grabbed as soon as you get to the caves after the level where you blow up the gas station. He says the situation is FUBAR and then ges grabbed leaving you alone

Oh yeah... My bad. Been a while since I played.

Still, that doesn't leave a lot of material to play through. The point of him beginning his escape to actually escaping and meeting up with Nomad couldn't be stretched to more than an hour or two of play I'd imagine, and wouldn't be suitable for a full-blown expansion. Something similar to The Lost Coast is about the most Crytek could do with that arc.

riddiculus post it will be like fear one game two expansions then we get crysis 2, trilogy means the 3 characters story the next game will do the same after prophet part has been released, makes sense? no this is how their work in succesfull games they use everything they got as long people like the game, like fear and its expansions and then make another next gen game, same goes for 2 stalker games!

ill explain it this way all these years we could get a half lfie 3 but no you know why?

they made two expansions oposing fore and blue shift

they also do the same with hl2 and its 2 episodes

they also did the same with fear and 2 expansions

simple crytek aint stupid they make another exapsnsion/standalone!

they probably did stuff to him that crytek didnt want us to see. if the xfiles has taught us anything its that aliens love to probe the old back passage and stuff. probably better we dont know tbh...

Honestly, this is a month old thread that was revived, I don't know what I was thinking at the time with the whole Psycho might be the next main character...but please if you're gonna bash me, can you at least make it so I can understand you
