Crysis wierd graphics issue

So i was playing Crysis Warhead, and i noticed this weird graphical issue that appears during firefights. Anyone know why it happens. BTW everything on Very High.

Try to run the game on high, sorry, but no one can hardly play on very high.

Are you getting good frames? I would lower the settings and see if that helps.
