For future reference, an even easier way of doing it is just deleting your cstrike folder. When you play css again it will just make the folder and you will have it all back to original.

i downloaded this skin and it didnt let me join any maps because my skin is for arctic and it says "server is enforcing consistency for this file".... and i cant find the file and i went on every single file to look for it and couldnt find it so i deleted every arctic file or site that i could find in my cstrikestrelet64

Half life, Halo, CSS, they are all good games...

At this point your just childishly taking sides... Well I shouldn't say childish, I have seen some kids that are far more mature than your average "matured" adult... So I will say... at this point you are just immaturely taking sides.

Hell I can't stand GTA, But I don't deny the fact that many people enjoy playing it which says something...

Verify Game integrity in the properties of the game, when you right click it on steam, this will get back any files you lose for the game, if you accidently delete any non mod files.
