If you already have a Source based game installed, the download time will be shortened quite a bit. But I can't estimate actual download times since I'm not sure what the with-Source and without-Source download sizes are.
It happens that I don't have it installed at the moment. Steam says that the disk space required is 3743MB and it will take about 2 hours and 4 minutes to download at 512KBps. In my case I only get about 350KBps (3Mb DSL) so it would take me a little over 3 hours. But I think about 2GB or more is the base Source files, which you would already have on your computer if you have another Source game installed. In this case it will take much less time to download.
